Hey! I'm Jill—founder of Leaning Tree Agency. My story isn’t what I imagined, but it’s exactly what it needed to be. From stay-at-home, homeschooling mom to divorced entrepreneur, my journey has shown me how layered and dynamic our stories truly are. Storytelling runs deep in my roots. My dad—a poet, author, artist, and federal criminal defense attorney—instilled in me a love for words and a deep sense of justice and empathy. I started with music, writing songs and playing piano to process pain and search for healing. That creative outlet sparked a deeper calling: to pursue truth. I do that through deeply listening to the stories and perspectives of the people around me. Today, music and storytelling remain at the core of my work, creating spaces for raw, honest conversations about being human.

I’m Lauren Hammett—a Nashville-based music manager and photographer rooted in resilience, empathy, and the belief that beauty can rise from pain. My journey has included years of battling suicidal depression, navigating divorce, healing deep trauma, and rebuilding a life I almost gave up on. Those experiences have shaped how I show up and support others today.

As co-founder of Compass Music Management, I guide artists with both strategy and heart. Behind the camera, I aim to capture people with honesty and depth. Through all of my work—and through my healing-centered brand, Lo Living in Color—my mission is to remind others that light still lives here.

I’m Laurel Taylor—a Nashville-based producer, artist, and creative visionary. My journey through mental health struggles, church trauma, and rejection shaped the way I create—raw, intuitive, and emotionally honest. What started as a lifeline—teaching myself to produce music when no one else would—became a calling to help others be heard. My style spans country, pop, lo-fi, and worship, with work featured in TV, film, and debut artist projects. As co-founder of Compass Music Management, I also mentor artists to stay rooted in who they are. I create with empathy, heart, and purpose—turning pain into something powerful.

Hi! My name is Daniil Fen. I’m a 19-year-old videographer originally from Ukraine, now living in the United States. After overcoming the hardship of fleeing my country due to war, I’m even more driven to tell stories through visuals—capturing not just images but the atmosphere and emotions that bring every story to life for the viewer.
